Ongoing Facility Renewal & Interior Upgrade Works
The Taj Vivanta project is a currently progressing renovation assignment involving the renewal of entire facility blocks along with phased interior upgrades. Several facility blocks have already been fully renovated, and a significant portion of the facility services and complete interior works has been successfully completed to date.
Stage-Wise Modernisation & Space Revitalisation
The project scope includes comprehensive facility refurbishment, interior reconstruction, and service upgradation, executed in well-planned stages to ensure uninterrupted hotel operations. Each completed phase enhances guest experience, operational efficiency, and visual appeal in line with Taj Vivanta standards.

Controlled Execution in a Live Hotel Environment
With strategic phasing, restricted access planning, and time-bound execution, all works are being carried out with minimal disruption to guests and hotel operations. Completed sections have been formally handed over and made operational, while remaining areas continue as per approved schedules.
