Ongoing Facility Restoration & Interior Advancement
The ITC Gardenia project is a currently active renovation and upgradation assignment focused on the restoration of entire facility blocks along with phased interior advancement. Several facility blocks have already been fully renovated, and a significant portion of the facility infrastructure and complete interior works has been successfully executed to date.
Phase-Wise Refurbishment & Operational Enhancement
The scope includes comprehensive facility refurbishment, interior reconstruction, and service modernisation, carried out in carefully sequenced phases to maintain uninterrupted hotel operations. Each completed stage reflects enhanced luxury standards, functionality, and sustainability benchmarks aligned with ITC brand values.

Executed Within a Fully Operational Hotel Environment
Through strict phasing strategies, controlled access management, and time-bound execution, all construction activities are being conducted with minimal impact on guest services and hotel operations. Completed areas have already been handed over and put into active use, while remaining zones progress as per schedule.

All ongoing activities are governed by stringent safety measures, ITC brand quality systems, and regular progress audits. Continuous inspection ensures workmanship excellence, regulatory compliance, and long-term durability.
