Ongoing Facility Modernisation & Interior Works
The Hotel ibis project is a live renovation and upgradation assignment involving the modernisation of entire facility blocks along with phased interior enhancements. Several blocks have already been successfully renovated, and a substantial portion of the facility services and complete interior works has been executed to date.
Progressive Renovation & Operational Upgrades
The scope of work covers facility redevelopment, interior reconstruction, and service modernisation, planned in structured phases to ensure continued hotel operations. Each completed block reflects upgraded functionality, improved aesthetics, and enhanced guest comfort.

Managed Execution Within an Active Hotel
Through careful work sequencing, access control, and time-based execution planning, construction activities are being carried out with minimal impact on guests and hotel services. Completed areas have already been opened for use, while remaining zones progress as per schedule.
