Ongoing Facility Upgradation & Interior Transformation
The Taj Westend project is an ongoing assignment focused on the upgradation of complete facility blocks along with phased interior transformation. Multiple zones have already been successfully renovated, and a significant portion of facility services and complete interior works has been completed to date.
Phased Renovation & Space Enhancement
The scope includes facility modernization, structural refinements, and full interior redevelopment, executed in carefully planned phases to maintain hotel functionality. Each renovated block is being upgraded to meet luxury hospitality standards and operational efficiency requirements.
Works currently include:
- Renovation of full facility blocks
- Interior demolition & redevelopment
- Flooring, walls, ceilings & finish upgrades
- Electrical, plumbing & service coordination
- Public and back-of-house area improvements
Coordinated Execution in an Active Environment
Detailed phasing plans, night-shift execution, and safety zoning allow work to progress smoothly within a fully operational hotel campus. Completed sections have already been handed over for use, while remaining areas continue under scheduled execution.
